Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA) began in 1861 in Birmingham, England, as a coalition of gunsmiths manufacturing weapons for the British government. As firearm demand fluctuated, the company diversified into bicycles and eventually produced its first official motorcycle in 1910. In late 2021, they officially revived the brand, launching the modern-retro Gold Star 650 to pay tribute to BSA's heritage.
