This little soldier is a first addition run of Barclays Spotlight Soldier. After only making a handful they redesigned this soldier to have a rigid spotlight front instead of the flat surface you see here.
Our soldier has a some expected wear and chipping on his paint. This is a LEAD soldier and should be handled with care. After the ban of lead based toys Barclay turned to using other materials like plastic to continue to create their soldiers.
